Located at intersection of Half-Moon Beach and Arabian Gulf, the project has a commercial area, mosque, green areas, several government and civil facilities, and general parking.

With an area of 800,000 m², the project is fully developed with all infrastructure and service needs. It has 47 units, each of which have a sea front.
